After careful consideration and strategic planning, I am announcing a comprehensive restructuring of our organization. This is not a retreat. It is a refocus. For years, Vyvo Group has pursued ambitious goals across multiple domains. We have built, experimented, learned, and grown. Through that journey, one truth has become undeniable: our most impactful work deserves to stand on its own, unburdened by legacy structures.
This restructuring accomplishes three things
Refocusing on Our Core Mission
Closes operations that no longer align with our core mission — including Vyvo Smart Chain, VSC Coin, and the inPersona Data-NFT business, which will be wound down through a structured process.
Empowering an Independent Future
Spins off our SocialFi community, AI technology, and accessories into a newly formed independent company, giving it the autonomy it deserves.
Powering the Future with GPU Infrastructure
Focuses Vyvo Group’s business on its GPU management infrastructure and related products and projects.
